“I have worked as an MS Specialist Nurse at the Royal Berkshire Hospital for over eight years, and before that in community nursing for a decade. Through this experience, I became deeply aware of how stress and uncertainty can affect health and wellbeing.

I discovered mindfulness as a way to manage stress in my own life, found it transformative, and went on to complete formal training so that I could teach it to others.

I now specialise in teaching mindfulness to support people living with multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, and anxiety and depression — helping them reduce stress, build resilience, and find balance in daily life.”
